EU sugar stocks rise 315,000 tonnes y-o-y in December - latest EC data shows

Perhaps presaging an easing of domestic EU sugar prices, the latest EU Commission data shows that stocks of sugar at the end of December 2021 were 315,000 tonnes higher than they were last December.
